Senior Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of next-generation hardware platforms for high-performance computing, data infrastructure, and secure technology systems. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in complex system design and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Define system architecture and hardware platform strategy
• Lead design of complex, multi-board and system-level hardware platforms
• Drive schematic and PCB development using Cadence
• Establish design standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Lead signal integrity, power integrity, and system reliability strategy
• Own technical design reviews and platform decisions
• Mentor senior and junior engineers across disciplines
• Collaborate with executive leadership on technology roadmap
• Lead qualification, certification, and production readiness

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in advanced hardware and system design
• Deep expertise in Cadence tools
• Proven leadership in complex, high-speed, high-density system design
• Experience with advanced interfaces (PCIe Gen4/5, DDR4/5, 100G+ Ethernet, SerDes)
• Track record of platform architecture ownership and delivery
• Strong cross-functional leadership and technical authority
