Mohammad Darwish is recognized for his experience, innovative contributions and leadership spanning over 30 years in the high-tech industry.
Prior to founding Aplicata, Mohammad founded AdvancedIO, where he pioneered 10GE FPGA platforms to meet the needs of defense and financial trading markets. Earlier in his career, he worked at Spectrum Signal Processing, developing real-time software-defined radios for both defense and commercial applications. In addition, Mohammad has lectured at the University of British Columbia, sharing his expertise in advanced computing with the next generation of engineers.
Mohammad serves as Chair of the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce and as an economic advisor to the City of Coquitlam. He holds a master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia, where he also pursued a Ph.D. degree.
